For anything beyond the 2 hours of guaranteed support we also offer a discounted rate for our technicians. The average rate for an IT technician is $100 - $150 an hour. By committing to a relationship with us, we’re able to offer the same services, with much more experience and knowledge than most, at half the cost. Our services are centered around keeping your costs reasonable while still allowing us to be successful.
We aren't here to pressure anyone into a monthly commitment they are unsure about. If you want to just call us as problems arise you are free to do so! We contract at $125/hour for a la carte services.
